Does your company operate a food/hygienic environment?
Hygiene scaffolding is usually erected so that construction & maintenance can be undertaken within food factories etc without compromising production/hygiene standards. Particularly in food production areas, the use of timber boards is now prohibited in many factories. To overcome this we use GRP scaffolding planks on these sites. These materials are kept separately in our yard and are either new material or maintained in a clean condition. All scaffolds erected are fitted with plastic end caps to eliminate any open ends where debris may lodge and plastic base pads to protect floor surfaces. All access ladders used are metal.
